Size: Long Super King 265cm wide x 240cm long + 5cm Sham. Long Cal King 285cm wide x 240cm long + 5cm sham. Standard duvet length is 210cm. Set includes 1 x duvet cover and 2 x matching oxford pillowcases. Made from 1000 thread count, cotton sateen with 5cm sham and unique hidden button close. Packed in matching fabric bag for handy storage. Designed with love in NZ and made exclusively for Wallace Cotton. Care Instructions: This product is oversized to allow for shrinkage. Cold machine wash before first use. Do not bleach or soak. Line dry in the shade or to ensure the best fit for your bed, we recommend a warm tumble dry. Warm iron. *STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® Certification ensures manufacturers have adhered to environmentally friendly production methods. Products have been tested and proven free of harmful levels of toxic substances.

Our products are designed and produced with great care. We hope you will love them but if for any reason you do not, we can help you with our straightforward returns and exchange policy.
Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
Items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
Items purchased from our Outlet, the Sale page of our website or that are permanently marked down are not eligible for a refund. You can exchange these items for other products or a store credit.
PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on duvet inners, pillow inners and mattress toppers please choose carefully.
PLEASE NOTE: to be eligible for a refund
Returns must be made to us in original condition with packaging intact and within 30 days of original purchase. You must provide proof of purchase with an original Wallace Cotton receipt, through your purchase being recorded in our loyalty programme or provide a relevant bank statement.
Refunds will be issued to your credit, debit or eftpos card as we do not refund purchases with cash. Where the exchange of a product is less than you originally paid, a store credit will be issued to you for the difference. You will have 12 months to use the store credit.
Goods are returned to Wallace Cotton at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty we will reimburse you for the cost of postage. A returns form is attached to the receipt enclosed with your order.
