Downtime Mattress Topper

Top layer is 85% duck down and 15% duck feather. Bottom layer is 100% duck feather. The high down to feather ratio provides excellent comfort, support and insulation. Box wall construction keeps the filling evenly spread and prevents clumping. Thick elastic straps on each corner holds the topper in place. Encased in down proof cotton to prevent feathers from migrating. Packed in a handy cotton carry bag for easy storage. We recommend using our cotton mattress protector over the topper to ensure long lasting use. Please follow instructions on the care label for laundering. *Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on duvet inners, pillow inners and mattress toppers, so please choose carefully.

Items purchased from our Outlet, the Sale page of our website or that are permanently marked down are not eligible for a refund. You can exchange these items for other products or a store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: to be eligible for a refund
Returns must be made to us in original condition with packaging intact and within 30 days of original purchase. You must provide proof of purchase with an original Wallace Cotton receipt, through your purchase being recorded in our loyalty programme or provide a relevant bank statement.

Refunds will be issued to your credit, debit or eftpos card as we do not refund purchases with cash. Where the exchange of a product is less than you originally paid, a store credit will be issued to you for the difference. You will have 12 months to use the store credit.

Goods are returned to Wallace Cotton at your own expense, however, if goods are faulty we will reimburse you for the cost of postage. A returns form is attached to the receipt enclosed with your order.
