Orders over $100Â are shipped freight free within New Zealand*.
Orders under $100 will incur our standard $10 shipping fee.
To give you the best service, most orders will be sent using Courier Post.
When your order is dispatched, an automated email will be sent to you with track & trace details. Delivery can be expected in 2 – 5 working days. Please allow an additional 1 - 2 days for rural delivery and bulky items.
*Free delivery does not apply to orders with furniture or bulky items.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is free for all orders.
An automated email will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you've received this email before coming into store as your order may not be ready.
Please have your order confirmation email ready to present for Click & Collect pick up.
Please have photo ID, and the credit card used on hand as you may be asked to present this for verification.
All orders will usually be ready for pick up within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed.
FAQs
Why have I only received part of my order?
When you order multiple items, they may be sent in separate parcels if they have been sourced from our warehouse and one of our retail stores. Our online customers can purchase all available stock, however, some items may only be available in one store, and sold out elsewhere. There is no extra delivery charge for items being delivered separately.
Can I change the shipping address after I've placed my order?
Our dispatch system is quick and efficient but as it is automated please make sure you have selected the right address before payment is made. If you make a mistake with the delivery address, and your order has not been delivered, you can redirect your parcel delivery to another address nearby using your tracking number and NZ Post's 'Manage my Parcel' service.
How much is delivery for furniture and bulky items?
As our furniture varies in size, different delivery fees are incurred for different items. Pricing is listed on the individual product pages and also summarised below:
Medium Oversize (Chairs + Bedside Tables) - North Island $30*
Medium Oversize (Chairs + Bedside Tables) - South Island $45*
Large Oversize (Headboards + Screens + Drawers) - North Island $85*
Large Oversize (Headboards + Screens + Drawers) - South Island $100*
*Rural deliveries incur an extra delivery fee in addition to the above.
