How to use a Cotton Club voucher
Use a Voucher In-Store
To redeem your voucher in-store, tell one of our friendly team at checkout that you have a Cotton Club voucher to spend, and they’ll deduct the voucher amount from your purchase total
Use a Voucher Online
To redeem your voucher online, make sure you’re logged into your Cotton Club account before adding items to your cart. At checkout, your voucher status will be displayed in the payment section. Select your voucher to redeem it against your total purchase price.
Note: You’ll have 6 months from the date of issue to redeem your voucher before it expires.

How do I earn points?
Points are earned every time you purchase full priced items in-store or online. Make sure you’re logged into your Cotton Club account before you shop online, so your points are recorded at the time of purchase.You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on full priced items, in-store or online. Reach 500 points and you’ll receive a $50 Cotton Club voucher to spend.
How do I use my Cotton Club voucher?
Cotton Club vouchers can easily be redeemed both in-store and online.
In-store – tell our friendly team in-store that you have a Cotton Club voucher to spend. Our staff will deduct the amount of the voucher from your purchase total at checkout.
Online – to use your Cotton Club voucher online, make sure you’re logged into your Cotton Club account before adding items to your cart. At checkout, your voucher status will be displayed in the payment section. Select your voucher to redeem it against your total purchase price.
How do I get 10% off my first purchase
When you join the Cotton Club, you will receive an email with the promo code to use. It can only be used on full price items, and not on already discounted items. Enter this code in the checkout online, or mention to staff in-store to redeem.
How do I check my points balance and voucher status online?
Sign into your account and click on ‘my details’ at the top right corner. Here you can see your points balance and voucher status. This will show the amount left needed to be spent to receive a $50 Cotton Club voucher or if you have a voucher ready to redeem.
Will my past orders count?
No. Only full priced purchases from the date you join our Cotton Club will earn points. However, if you were a member of our previous loyalty programme, your full priced purchase history will count and be automatically transferred to your new Cotton Club account; sign in using your same email and password to view your points balance.
Do Cotton Club points ever expire?
Yes. Points will automatically expire 24 months after date of purchase.
Do Cotton Club vouchers expire?
Yes. You’ll have six months from the date of issue to spend your Cotton Club voucher before it expires.
How do I receive my birthday voucher?
Make sure you’ve entered your date of birth and email address correctly into your Cotton Club account. On your birthday, you’ll receive an email notification that your account has been issued with a birthday voucher which can be spent in-store or online. Please note, birthday vouchers expire one month after the date of issue. You will only be able to earn one voucher per every 364 days.
Do I earn points on every purchase?
No. Points are only earned on full priced purchases. Please note, no points are earned for purchases of Starship products, furniture, sale or discounted items.
