Trade and Wholesale Account Manager
How long have you worked at Wallace Cotton?
I have been a member of the Wallace Cotton team for 19 years this September.
What are your key tasks?
My key tasks are maintaining customer accounts, ensuring we have product to commit to our orders and organising stock if we don’t. I am also responsible for our White Cloud Yacht Linen business. Here we provide linen to our sea faring clients by customising and producing sheets, duvets and more to fit the various sized beds that travel the high seas.
What do you love about your job?
I love the people and products I work with and I really enjoy meeting and working with all the clients that cross my path.

What are your key tasks?
Identifying customers’ needs to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer enquiries. Processing exchanges, returns and replying to emails. Liaising with delivery partners for tracking orders and managing claims. Maintaining extensive knowledge of Wallace Cotton products, collections and garment information.
What do you love about your job?
Helping customers making sure they love our Wallace Cotton products and problem solving to ensure they are happy customers. Working with a fun team.

Assisting customers with sales, solving shipping problems, loading staff vouchers and answering product queries.
