What are your key tasks?
I’m responsible for all the sourcing and buying of our beautiful products while balancing spreadsheets and managing each seasonal budget. I work closely with new and existing suppliers to find hidden treasures and negotiate pricing and terms. There’s also a lot of research into market trends both internationally and locally to make informed purchasing decisions whether it’s online or visiting international trade fairs and suppliers. A large part of my role is reporting, understanding sales, what’s working and what’s not, analysing seasonal ranges and ensuring our inventory is managed closely. Blending strategy with creativity!

I love my job and I’m incredibly grateful because every day is filled with beautiful, inspiring designs and products just waiting to be discovered! Transforming ideas into tangible products is such a fulfilling journey. There’s nothing quite like the thrill of uncovering a unique product that could become the next big hit. I’m lucky to have a passionate and dedicated team that I work closely with and a business that supports and encourages my growth. I love being part of our seasonal photoshoot campaigns as it’s the moment we finally seeing these carefully curated items come together ready to delight our customers. It’s a vibrant mix of creativity, planning, teamwork, and constant discovery which fills me with immense satisfaction and pride, knowing I played a key role in bringing creativity to life.
